Sokoto Governor appoints 9 new aides, 5 Permanent Secretaries

Gov. Ahmed Aliyu of Sokoto State, Ahmed Aliyu, has approved the appointment of additional Special Advisers, Senior Special Assistants, Permanent Secretaries, as well as an acting Permanent Secretary.
This was contained in a statement issued on Thursday in Sokoto by Abubakar Bawa, Director-General, Media and Publicity, Government House, Sokoto.
The statement listed the new Special Advisers as: Garba Muhammad S/Birni,
Mukhtari Bello Abdulrahman, Shi’itu M. Bello, Alhaji Tukur Sanyinna, Alhaji Abdullahi Jabo and Mamman Aliyu Salisu.
In the same vein, the new Senior Special Assistants are: Jummai Bello Kware, Nana Mamman Nasarawa and Hon. Emmanuel Ekereke.
The new Permanent Secretaries are: Buhari Umar, Abdullahi B. Muhammad, Musa Muhammad, Jibril Sa’adu while the acting Permanent Secretary is: Aliyu Magaji.
The statement said that all the appointments took immediate effect.
