The State Universal Basic Education Board SOKOTO Under the leadership of its Executive Chairman Alh Umar Nagwari Tambuwal Incollaboration with Universal Basic Education Commission Abuja Under the 2023/2024 TPD Intervention Has organized A One day sensitization training On online teachers professional Development to the selected teachers from various schools in the State.
The programme aim at covering lege number of Basic Education teachers in the State.
The Program which was held at SUBEB/UBEC model Smart School Maituta road Sokoto and the Idea came into being considering the limited number of teachers that can be physically covered through normal training.
The Teachers capacity was built on how to make good use of the Internet in order to explore current methodologies of teaching in their location and at their convenient times.
The training was monitored by the Universal Basic Education Commission Sokoto State Coordinator Alh Abdulkadir Umar and director teachers Professional development State Universal Basic Education Board Sokoto.Mal Ahmad Abdullahi
In his Brief remarks during the Visited Center Director TPD Malam Ahmad Abdullahi called on the participants of the program to concentrate on what they are taught during the training so as to complement the unwavering commitments of the Ahmad Aliyu led Administration in the education sector.
