Ex-NAN DEIC Felicitates Hayatu Dallatu on Appointment as District Head

A former Deputy Editor-in-Chief (DEIC) of the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN), Bashir Rabe Mani, has congratulated the General Manager of Alu FM, Sokoto, Alhaji Hayatu Jibo Dallatu, on his appointment as the new District Head of Tudun Wada, Sarkin Gabas of Tudun Wada, by Gov. Ahmed Aliyu Sokoto.
In a statement, Mani, who is also the Dan Masanin Mani and Publisher of http://www.globalnewsguru.ng, said the appointment of the new traditional ruler, who has a wealth of experience, would bring tremendous development to Sokoto South Local Government and Sokoto State in general.
According to Mani, who is also the Sokoto State Correspondent of Peoples Daily Newspaper, the appointment of the veteran journalist was well deserved.
He expressed confidence that the new appointee would consolidate on the giant strides of his late father, Alhaji Jibo Dan Mallam, Uban Kasar Tudun Wada.
Bashir Rabe Mani added that the new Sarkin Gabas of Tudun Wada direly requires the support and fervent prayers of all and sundry to enable him succeed as he ascended the highly revered throne of his forefathers.
He commended the Governor, the Sultan of Sokoto, Alhaji Muhammad Sa’ad Abubakar, and the APC leader in the state, Senator Aliyu Magatakarda Wamakko, for reposing tremendous confidence in Hayatu Dallatu, noting that he would live above board in the discharge of the arduous assignment.
