NDASSO Coordinators honour DG Dagaci with certificate of appreciation

The Director-General of the Ndarani SAN Senatorial Organisation (NDASSO), Engr. Muhammadu Dagaci Etsugaie, has been honoured with a Certificate of Appreciation by the organisation’s coordinators from the eight Local Government Areas of Niger South Senatorial District.
The award was presented to Engr. Dagaci Etsugaie at a brief ceremony held at his country home in Etsugaie, in recognition of his exemplary leadership, commitment, dedication and contributions towards strengthening the organisation across the senatorial district.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairman of the NDASSO Coordinators Forum, Comrade Chata Jaagi, described the Director-General as a knowledgeable and creative leader whose leadership qualities had continued to inspire members of the organisation.
Jaagi said Engr. Dagaci was a leader with a large heart, courage and fearlessness, noting that his assertiveness and decisiveness in handling issues had earned him the confidence and respect of the coordinators across the eight local government areas.
He explained that the award was not merely a recognition of the DG’s position, but an appreciation of his personal sacrifices, accessibility, commitment and efforts towards building a strong, united and purposeful organisation capable of delivering on its objectives.
According to him, the coordinators deemed it necessary to honour Engr. Dagaci as a way of encouraging him to sustain his exemplary leadership and continue to provide the necessary guidance and direction for the growth and success of NDASSO.
He added that the coordinators remained committed to working closely with the Director-General and other stakeholders to strengthen the organisation at the grassroots and ensure effective coordination across Niger South.
Receiving the award, Engr. Muhammadu Dagaci Etsugaie expressed appreciation to the coordinators for the honour, describing the gesture as a great encouragement and a demonstration of their confidence in his leadership.
He said the recognition would spur him to do more in the service of the organisation, assuring the coordinators of his continued commitment, dedication and cooperation towards achieving the collective aspirations of NDASSO.
The Director-General commended the coordinators for their loyalty, hard work and support, stressing that the success of any organisation depended largely on teamwork, mutual respect and commitment to a common purpose.
He urged them to remain united, disciplined and focused, while assuring them that the leadership would continue to provide the necessary support and guidance to enable the organisation achieve its objectives.
The epoch-making ceremony was attended by members of the NDASSO media and communication team, including the Jakada Labarin Nupe, Mohammed Baba Busu, as well as family members, friends and associates of the Director-General.
The gathering provided an opportunity for members and associates to celebrate the leadership qualities of Engr. Dagaci and reaffirm their commitment to the ideals and objectives of the Ndarani SAN Senatorial Organisation
