RENOWNED SOKOTO BUSINESS TYCOON AND PHILANTHROPIST ALHAJI YARO GOBIRAWA DIES

Sokoto State has lost one of its most respected figures, Alhaji Yaro Gobirawa, a renowned business tycoon and philanthropist, who passed away on Thursday night.
The late Alhaji Gobirawa’s influence cut across trade, commerce, and community service.
Over the years, he built a business legacy and was celebrated for his generosity, supporting families, youths, and charitable causes across the state.
Tributes have continued to pour in from associates, colleagues, and members of the business community who described him as humble, kind-hearted, and a pillar of support to many entrepreneurs.
In prayers for the deceased, mourners asked Allah to have mercy on him, forgive his shortcomings, and grant him Aljannatul Firdaus.
They also prayed that Allah grants his family, relatives and the entire business community the fortitude to bear this great loss.
According to a family source, funeral arrangements will be announced later by the family.
The late Alhaji Yaro Gobirawa will be remembered for his hard work, humility, and commitment to uplifting others through business and philanthropy.
